Hello, I'm Thomas Longrigg, a marketing professional currently based in Beijing, China. I work for an international school here as the Writer/Editor and Media Relations Coordinator. Basically, it's my job to ensure that everything written about the school in English is on message, and in line with our style and branding guidelines. To that end, I take charge of much of the written communication that emanates from the school.
Besides this, I also manage our relationships with English language media outlets based in Beijing. I am now exploring new relationships with overseas outlets. Should there be any education-related publications, education editors or anyone else interested in international education in China, I am interested in hearing from you!
I'm keen to develop my career in PR, marketing and media relations, and so I also actively engage in professional development both through my current workplace and through outside courses.
