Thomas Raji
I am an anthropologist working at Strathmore University a leading not-for-profit private university in Nairobi Kenya. I am interested in applied anthropology and applied philosophy. I have a background in areas such as Cultural Anthropology, Moral Philosophy, Critical Thinking, Transformational Leadership, Development Anthropology, Community Development and Non Governmental Organizations.
I am passionate in promotion of an authentic understanding of the human person and good moral behaviors for excellence. I promote humane institutional policies in workplaces and educational institutions that promote human dignity while pursuing their noble visions.
I believe that an authentic understanding of who the human person is, is the key to alleviation of economic, social and political inhumanity in the world. I promote the idea that institutions can achieve their noble ambitions such as profit making efficiently and in a sustainable way when they respect the dignity of the human person.
