Dr. Thomas Roth-Berghofer

I write novels (in German) with my wife under the joined pen name Alex Thomas. I translate fiction (from English), and, since 1996, I am publisher of a newsletter for authors (in German).

My background is in computer science. My phd is from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. I have worked as software engineer and consultant in the IT sector before I turned to academia and research. My last position there was professor of artificial intelligence at the University of West London, UK. I now live in Bremen, Germany.
