Thomas Ruggieri

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Thomas Ruggieri litigates civil cases, concentrating in commercial law and construction litigation. Thomas Ruggieri practices at Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. in Media, Pennsylvania, where he represents clients in business disputes and condominium matters. He has significant trial experience in state and federal courts from both the claimant and defense positions. Additionally, Thomas Ruggieri has acted as first chair in jury trial disputes in automobile negligence and other professional liability cases. At St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Thomas Ruggieri earned a Bachelor of Arts in English while also studying history. Subsequently, he attended Widener University School of Law, which has campuses in Wilmington, Delaware, and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At Widener, Thomas Ruggieri completed a Juris Doctor. Active within his profession, Thomas Ruggieri holds membership in the Justinian Law Society. Founded in 1935, the society welcomes law students, attorneys, and judges of Italian ancestry. Society members participate in quarterly awards luncheons to recognize local citizens as well as members of the bar and bench, and support nonprofits and the society’s scholarship program. In his free time, Thomas Ruggieri enjoys coaching CYO baseball and participating in charity runs. In addition, Thomas Ruggieri takes pleasure in other outdoor activities, such as kayaking and surfing.
