Thomas Sant

During his career, Thomas has continually expanded on his skills, moving from application development to Senior Project Manager at Navantis where he manages the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM projects.

His first job was an application developer with Learning Enterprises Canada, and continued his development career with Nightingale where he developed medical record applications for the provinces of British Columbia and Nova Scotia. Recognizing a passion for managing teams, he moved to project management with ASSET where he was responsible for their bankruptcy and debt consolidation lines of business. Thomas continued his project management career with TechWyse, shifting from the management of a local team to managing multiple offshore teams. Thomas current role, as Senior Project Manager with Navantis, has him managing multiple local and offshore teams, each team ranging from 5 to 15 resources.

Thomas’s development background allows him to excel in project management. He has the ability to communicate effectively with technical team members while still being able to relay information to non-technical project stakeholders. Combining his project management experience with his knowledge of web analytics, paid search marketing, and solution consultation, you will quickly see how his unique set of skills is a welcome addition to any company.

Thomas has also been an active member of the Web Development Program Advisory Committee at Humber College since 2009.
