Thomas Sena

Thomas Sena grew up with the smell of peroxide, perm solution and aqua net in his lungs. His father owned several salons here in Omaha off and on for over 40 years as well as a beauty school. Thomas’ first salon job was emptying ashtrays in his dad’s salons when he was about four-years-old. Thank God for, No Smoking. He eventually attended Capitol Beauty School in Omaha. He was a platform artist and educator on the Nebraska Hair Fashion Committee for the NCA and also for Standard Beauty Supply and Paul Brown. He served on the national advisory board for TSA (The Salon Association) Symposium in 2005. He created “Thomas Sena The Salon” in 1997 and in 1999 opened T’eez Salon. In 2003 he combined them both into one salon called T’eez – A Thomas Sena Salon in One Pacific Place in Omaha. In 2009 T’eez moved to 158th and W. Maple, Omaha, Ne. Thomas had the honor of being the cover story in Salon Today in 2003 as a “Trailblazer” in the industry. The best was yet to come. Thomas began developing his own hair product line in 2003. He worked on product development and testing for the next 5 years. T’eez product line was officially launched in 2008. Thomas has directed the Omaha Fashion Week fashion show finales the first 3 years and is planning the 4th.
