Thomas Stevenson

Thomas is currently on the Board of Directors with Enterprise Touch Pvt Ltd, a digital transformation company and an overseer of People, Culture and Leadership development practices of Enterprise Touch Private Limited, Truetech Solutions Private Limited. He is also on the advisory board of Eastern Shepherd International and International Village Care Ministries. Earlier he was a Director of India operations with Institute for Innovation, Integration and Impact Pvt Ltd. Thomas has a passion to see leaders and businesses transformed by living their unique purpose and have positive impact on society. In addition to his position, Thomas teaches courses and provides consultation, coaching and mentoring to leaders and businesses using world class leadership frameworks, including that of Institute's .

Prior to these assignments, Thomas had extensive experience in the area of Human Resources / Organization Development and has worked in both Indian and multinational companies. He had undergone various trainings / certification programs some of which include BLHP with ISABS, Gallup USA as Strengthfinder Coach and also accredited LEMON Leadership consultant.

His industry experience spanning 17 years includes Engineering, Retail, Telecommunications, Banking, Investment, and Information Technology. He held various specialist and generalist roles and assignments. He has been involved in extensive work in various stages of the Organizational lifecycle from start-up, consolidation to turnaround of companies working alongside the leadership of the organizations. The organizations he had worked include India Meters Limited, RPG Retail, Bharti Airtel, Standard Chartered Scope International, Fidelity Investments, iSOFT (A CSC Company) and Tata Teleservices.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from University of Madras and Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work.
