Thomas Stoughton began his career as a graduate of Indiana University's master of science program in instructional systems technology. He went on to apply his expertise as an associate professor at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, where he taught computer-assisted instruction. Since that time, Thomas Stoughton has consulted on education and technology with corporations, universities, and teachers' associations in Indiana and across the United States.

Mr. Stoughton has also worked to develop and introduce education programs for clients in a variety of industries. He collected research and developed a bill that led to continuing education opportunities for State Realtors, and he has brought libraries into commercial shopping centers.

Mr. Stoughton conducts research through a variety of channels, including business profiles and community leadership audits. He offers his services to education-related projects, business development initiatives, government programs, and political candidates. To date, he has worked with campaigns for governors, members of Congress, president of the United States, and other elected positions.
