Over three decades and across companies, countries, and cultures, the same pattern repeated: the people who advance through disruption and the people who stall in it separate not on skill or intelligence but on relational capacity — how well they understand themselves under pressure, read others, and hold complexity. The Relational Fluency Architecture is what happened when I stopped recognizing that pattern and started engineering a way to develop it.

My background spans enterprise IT, information security, dot-com era startups, private investment management, and the founding of multiple ventures — including Virtus Capital and Epic MindLab, which develops and delivers the RFA. Practitioner certification and licensing are in development.
