Thom Pham

Based in the Twin Cities, Thom Pham is the owner and chef of Thanh Do in Woodbury and St. Louis Park, Minnesota. He started the eatery in January 2000. His primary duties include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, which was voted Best Ethnic Cuisine by St. Louis Park Magazine. Thom Pham opened the original Thanh Do in St. Louis Park first, and due to the restaurant’s overwhelming success, he later launched the Woodbury location.

The menu includes Pan-Asian cuisine, drawing inspiration from China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan while also incorporating Minnesota components to create uniquely regional flavor profile.

In addition to managing Thanh Do, Thom Pham works with the Urbane Group, a restaurant design group that encompasses many disciplines to blend contemporary and classic environments. The group handles everything from the initial restaurant concept to the final opening-day touches.

Active in the community Mr. Pham donates to local schools and charities through his business ventures.
