Thomas Wendt

Thomas Wendt is a second year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is majoring in International Business and minoring in Spanish. He hopes to be proficient in Spanish by the end of his college career. Next summer, Thomas is planning on studying abroad at the Texas Tech Center in Sevilla, Spain. In doing so, he will embrace the Spanish culture and become a more diverse individual. Thomas is also planning to go to Texas Tech Law School when he graduates. For the past year, Thomas has worked at the IT Solution Center for the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center as a Tier 1 technician. He has spent the last three months of that year as "Head Tier 1 Technician." Some of his duties include supervise other Tier 1 technicians, distribute and handle any and all media purchases, and assist callers over the phone with any technological issues they are facing.
