Thy Thy Vo

Hey there, I’m Thy Thy Vo and I prefer to be called TT. I’m currently a second-year Creative Industries student at Ryerson University with three years of experience in portrait photography and two years being a content creator and Instagram filter creator. My biggest passion is to work in a media production or fashion industry, besides, I am ambitious in music and photography.

When I was still a teenager, I was always immersed in runways, TV shows, and fashion designs, thus, I’ve been dreaming to work in those industries and then be able to open my own fashion brand. Moreover, I really want to be a creative influencer that spread out positivity and share my creation with people to inspire them. Instagram filter creator and content creator are my two current jobs that allow me to pursue those. From what I’ve said above, you guys would probably think that “This girl has so many passions and dreams”, and you guys aren’t wrong. In the past, I consider having so many dreams are a disadvantage since it won’t help me to navigate a clear career. However, to think thoughtfully, I believe this could be an advantage. People can be versatile and work in different jobs. One can simultaneously be a singer while operating their own business, it is technically called multidisciplinary. With that being said, for my proposed career trajectory, in one to three years after college graduation, I plan to do an internship for a fashion and media production company, while continue growing my social media as a content creator and filter creator, and also will cultivate some new skills like photography and music production. Thereafter, I will open my own fashion brand, open my own hotel, since it’s also part of my dream, and grow in different areas like becoming a photographer and social media marketer.
