My entire life I’ve been a problem solver. When I was younger I was the one who took charge and determined who was going to 'hide' and who was going to 'seek', captained sport teams and cheered the loudest for my team mates in the pool, and thrived in university group work situations by leading a team to solve complicated problems. These experiences laid the foundation for my career to be known for creating and implementing ‘out of the box’ solutions and ‘big ideas’ to what may seem impossible situations.My brain is constantly processing “how can we do this differently?” “how are we going to stand out?” and “what is the benefit to the organisation and to the community when I am finished?” My passion is to take my skills into organisations and the community and achieve a result that no-one thought possible.
