Tianran (Tia) Chen is an MAcc candidate in the Class of 2015 at USC Leventhal School of Accounting. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting through the McCombs School of Business in May 2014.
She is artistic and creative. She has always been excited and inspired by color. Her music and art experience has taught her how to learn and practice effectively, how to be an individual performer and an excellent team player, and how to see the big picture while keeping track of the details.
She is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and optimistic. She likes turning challenges into opportunities and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
She is interested in a career, where she can apply technical accounting knowledge and build in-depth knowledge about business management functions.
