I cherish for staff training with great enthusiasm, which is the most creative part of human resource management: the observation of each employee to help them improve their ability of work, to study work-related knowledge to improve the company's performance, to explore "the nicety things happening in the unknown world."

Every time when I am working or studying, I like to observe which work method my classmates or colleagues prefer, sometimes it represents a more convenient and efficient way of working, but sometimes the method which are not preferred maybe require more skill and ability, it is unwise that avoid a more efficient way of working because of the lack of ability. It is also the problem the trainers need to discover and solve.

Similarly, I am extremely sensitive with digital, it does not mean I will indulge in the mathematics or statistics , the digital are also required in businesses to make the office more professional and efficient, various mathematical tools can make a huge company or organization becomes easy to observe and analyze.

It is undeniable that I am the sanguine personality in the four temperament types, I love to go along with my teammates and learning new abilities, adapt the changing environment and people excites me very much.
