Tiasha Govender

Hey, I’m Tiasha. I’m a third-year Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg, working towards my dream of becoming an inspiring and impactful teacher. Teaching has always felt like my calling — I’m passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and helping young minds grow with confidence and curiosity.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy exploring my creative side. I’ve recently taken up doing my own nails — it’s become a fun and relaxing way to express myself. I’m also an avid reader with a love for novels, especially anything in the fantasy genre that can transport me to another world. In my downtime, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book, catching up on movies, or diving into documentaries that open my mind to new ideas and perspectives.
