Not only is the Ticket Stub Diary a blog, it is also a physical diary that I own filled with movie tickets and it is constantly growing everytime I see a new movie. My love of movies goes back to junior year of high school. I took a study of film class where we watched a wide spectrum of genres from noir, musicals and westerns, to animation, silent films and classic black and white films. That class opened my eyes to what movies have to offer. They are not only entertainment but a hobby maybe even an obsession.

The purpose of the blog is to inform about the rumored movie Oscar Nominations for 2015 with movie release dates through Eventbrite (The events are just informative dates for when the movie is released in the US, you can not buy tickets and they do not specify what theaters they are in) and movie reviews. I am also a huge Marvel fan and will be talking about all the exciting news that Marvel reveales as I paitiently wait for the release of AVENGERS AGE OF ULTRON.

Watching TV series are also a hobby of mine. I will talk about current shows im watching as well as new shows premiering. Im a big fan of BBC, HBO, Starz and many others.
