Grant Dwyer

Grant is an avid yogi and trail runner. He has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has recently completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. He believes that yoga and running complement each other perfectly, as both require focus, discipline, and a strong mind-body connection.

In his yoga classes, Grant emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and the connection to breath.

The ocean and its waves are a source of inspiration for Grant's yoga practice. He often encourages his students to visualize themselves as waves, rising and falling with the breath, and to connect with the vastness and power of the ocean. In his classes, you might find yourself flowing through sequences that mimic the ebb and flow of the tides, or holding poses that challenge your balance and stability, much like the waves that crash against the shore.

When he's not practising yoga, Grant can often be found running on the coastal trails near his home. He loves the challenge of running long distances and enjoys the sense of freedom and connection to nature and that trail running provides..
