I am a medically retired, self love and acceptance coach with a professional background as a body-centered psychotherapist and certified massage therapist spanning over 25 years of clinical experience. My specialty is still in advocating and helping others to recognize that the body and the mind cannot be separated in health/care.

Techniques used to help others discover their LOVE story includes utilizing the BODY to tell the Narrative, accepting what has happened to and for the psyche and the soma, and moving into a space that is liberated in the mind and body.

Due to my unwavering passion regarding the symbiotic nature of wellness and optimal health for Black women, against the backdrop of chronic physical and/or mental illness. When the Autoimmune Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease is not keeping me in the house, my current projects involve developing a radio show to have a public conversation on the importance of the connections of the mind, body, and spirit; co-authoring and developing tools/workbooks to promote self help with individuals; writing and recording guided meditations for individual or group use.
