Our Mission & History

Tier 1 Health and Wellness is a preventative medicine program that is 100% dedicated to our mission of promoting optimal mental, physical and sexual health throughout the aging process. The Tier 1 story began many years ago when Angie was suffering from menopause and Dr. Nichols with perplexing health symptoms. After failing to obtain solutions from our respective doctors, we embarked together on intensive research and travel to seek solutions. That led us to Dr. Neal Rouzier who gave us many answers and immensely educated us about hormone replacement therapy. We began to see great improvement in our health.

Subsequently, we began to help our friends and colleagues who were suffering from various health ailments! With all the positive successes we encountered, we decided to launch Tier 1 Health and Wellness in 2010. Since then, Keith and I have helped more than 5,000 men and women from around the world to drastically improve their health well into their 40s, 50s, and beyond.
