Hello, I have worked for the State of California for over 19 years now. Over time I have experienced and gained many positive government working styles and have been a part of many successful projects for the citizens of California. Working for the State I am proud to be able to say I give back in my everyday!
Objective: Obtain a position at within the State of California where I can maximize my Leadership skills, Contract Management, Program Development, and Training experience.
Positions Held:
•Position as Business Liaison Analyst for FTB practicing organization of data, utilizing writing, research, and leadership skills.
•Customer Service Coordinator where my experience can be utilized to improve customer satisfaction Statewide for all 58 Counties.
•Project Manager for OSI where I practiced integrated strategies to develop and expand existing customer applications, online evolution, and endorsement.
•Management position at OSI, DTS, OCIO where I was effectively utilizing my expertise in human relations, project management, and staff leadership.
•Marketing position at OSI that utilizes my writing skills and enabled me to make a positive contribution to the organization.
•Web Designer at FTB, developing search engine optimization position where I can use my HTML skills and experience to increase site traffic and search engine placement.
