Tiffany Wambach
Austin, Texas
After spending 15 years in Corporate America in Marketing & Communications for two global Fortune 100 companies writing copy for ads, brochures, websites, internal communications, internal blogs / v-logs and the like, Tiffany has decided to return to her creative roots.
While living in South Florida, Tiffany earned a BFA in Theatre with an emphasis on play writing and was fortunate enough to take a Master Class with famed playwright Edward Albee ("Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"). During this time, Tiffany authored 3 one-act plays that were produced, including her one woman show "Camille" which she starred in and directed. She also directed 3 additional plays including Sam Sheppard's "Cowboy Mouth" and worked on other productions in various roles including assistant director, set designer, lighting designer, stage manager, costume designer, make up artist and prop master.
Tiffany did a short stint in radio and interned on syndicated morning zoo show, "Ron & Ron", which is now known as "Ron & Fez" on Sirius. After that she studied Film Making for 2 years at a local program where she gained hands on experience with every aspect of film making. While there, Tiffany's short script "The DaVinci Deck" was chosen by a committee of local film professionals as one of two films to be produced that year with the support of the film making program.
When she first entered the corporate world, Tiffany quickly learned that she was uniquely qualified for Marketing Communications because of her theater and film background. Her training taught her to collaborate, deal with pressure and manage many moving pieces usually with little to no budget and never enough time, but still you have to be ready for opening night (or shoot day). And 4 years of acting training can come in pretty handy during interviews and presentations with VPs! Conversely, Tiffany believes that her corporate background makes her uniquely qualified in the creative world because she has learned the business side of things including the importance of ROI, the 80/20 rule, networking, target marketing, and promotions.
During her professional career Tiffany was fortunate enough to manage the production of a commercial for Motorola in Austin, Texas. She fell in love with the city and she, her husband and two kids now call it home. She is having the time of her life creating this duct tape and spit operation that is "Unfortunate Girl".
