Background & Experience:
Tiffany Colvert is a Colorado Springs native and joined NAI Highland, LLC in 2013 as a retail specialist. She began her real estate career in 2005 as a leasing consultant for OliverMcMillan in San Diego, CA, ultimately rising to the position of Director of Operations and Training. Tiffany’s previous experience also includes community, housing and economic development with El Paso County, as well as small business consulting and mortgage loan origination.
Tiffany is currently the Vice-Chair of the Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority. Through this role she has an immersive understanding of Tax Increment Financing and Redevelopment Projects. Notable projects she has been involved in include University Village, Ivywild and most recently the Olympic Museum.
She also serves on the Downtown Review Board, was the chair of the South Academy Redevelopment Committee, founder and current member or the El Paso County Community Development Advisory Board and is a member of the Downtown Partnership.
In 2014, Tiffany was honored with the Young Professional Leadership Award by the Mayor of Colorado Springs.
