ABOUT TIFFANY EDIOMO
Tiffany Ediomo is a Cultivator who partners with growth-driven leaders and early-stage Learning and Professional Development organisations to discover who they need to become, build effective systems, and cultivate sustainable growth.
She believes that meaningful growth cannot happen in the absence of clarity, structure, and intentionality. When individuals and organisations operate from a place of confusion or fragmentation, they struggle to realize their full potential. Beyond personal or organisational loss, the world is deprived of the impact they were uniquely positioned to create.

For leaders, Tiffany helps individuals gain clarity about who they are, define who they need to become, and build the systems, habits, and structures that enable focused, authentic, and sustainable progress. For Learning and Professional Development organisations, Tiffany works from the ground up to build strong foundations that support learning, transformation, and long-term impact. She helps organisations clarify their identity, define their vision, design effective programs and learning experiences, establish operational structures, shape culture, and identity innovative ways to solve problems.
Drawing from a deep understanding of human growth and development, she ensures that every aspect of an organisation, from its curriculum and programs to its systems, processes, and team structure, is intentionally designed to deliver learning journeys that are memorable, effective, and impactful.
As a cultivator, Tiffany's role extends beyond building. She nurtures growth by remaining actively involved in the development process, helping people and organisations draw out their strengths, refine their potential, and mature into what they were designed to become.
Experience
African Child Leadership Foundation:
At the African Child Leadership Foundation, she developed leadership training curricula, facilitated training sessions, coordinated follow-up mentorship programs, and supported team structuring to improve efficiency and delivery.
SuperWoman Organisation:
At SuperWoman Organisation, she curated end-to-end learning and community experiences for trainees and facilitated leadership and development programs for young Nigerian female leaders.
UNICEF, Nigeria
She led a team of Young Nigerian Influencers to successfully plan and execute Advocacy Projects under UNICEF
The Social Voice Africa
She partnered with the brand to oversee Communication, managing a team of creatives, creating structure and increasing the effectiveness and general output of the brand.

Through Unwind, Tiffany curates intimate, relaxing and soothing experiences where High-functioning Leaders can intentionally rest, connect with eachother and build genuine friendships, refilling them for the work they do.
