Tiffany Firestone
Hall Director in Washington
In fall of 2013, Tiffany began her first year as a graduate student at the University of the Pacific studying Educational Administration and Leadership with an emphasis in Student Affairs. In addition to working towards obtaining her masters degree at the University of the Pacific, Tiffany will be working as a Graduate Residence Director supervising undergraduate student Resident Asisstants (RA) in the residence halls. She is interested in the residential life experience of students on university campuses and how their transition to a higher education institution affects their overall well-being. Tiffany is also passionate about the student experience in science courses—in all sizes of institutions—and hopes to use her experience from her undergraduate field of study to connect with students. Tiffany studied evolutionary biology, ecology, and biodiversity at the University of California Davis. She took many courses in general biology, ecology, evolutionary biology, and conservation biology.
Tiffany graduated UC Davis in the spring of 2013 and is continuously seeking opportunities to learn more about the current state of higher education in the United States and to further her identity development and social justice education.
