Tiffany Gearhart joined AIRS, powered by ADP, in 2013 with a strong background in Human Resources, Training and Development, Recruitment, and Customer Service. Tiffany’s passion for helping people jump-started her career with a double internship at Walt Disney World Resorts which then quickly landed her in the recruitment world. Starting with a small IT staffing firm, she then moved on to working for one of “The Top Places To Work For” in Atlanta for 7+ years holding roles in both Client Services and Human Resources. Those 7+ years helped Tiffany identify her true passion for attracting and retaining top talent while helping others identify and grow their own passion, personal development, and career path.
As Learning Delivery Sr. Manager, her primary responsibilities include training new and seasoned recruitment professionals the art of internet sourcing and preparing them to be proactive full lifecycle talent acquisition professionals. This includes public sessions taught online and in-person and private client trainings for some of the top companies around the world. In addition to these responsibilities, she is heavily involved in research and course development in the field of recruitment, hiring and adult learning.
Tiffany currently resides in Marietta, GA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and a Masters in Professional Communication and Leadership from Georgia Southern University. In addition to maintaining all of her AIRS certifications, she is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Certified Diversity Professional (CDP).
