Since 2007, Tiffany Hustis has been a stay at home mother, first with her oldest son and now with her three school-age children. She has enjoyed helping her children achieve new levels of independence and has now reached an important milestone, at which she is ready to return to the work force outside the home. Tiffany Hustis hopes to work toward a position in school guidance counseling or human resources, having built prior experience in both fields.

Tiffany Hustis began working in recruiting as a branch manager for Manpower Incorporated, where she created recruitment strategies targeted toward increasing the pool of qualified applicants. She also worked directly with candidates to offer job search coaching and counseling, while simultaneously overseeing client billing and collection. After a subsequent tenure as a staffing specialist with Gibbs College Placement Agency, she went on to expand her staffing industry administration skills as an office manager for E-Richards consulting and later for Adecco Technical Staffing.

Ms. Hustis worked with Adecco while progressing toward her master of arts in school counseling at Boston College. There, she balanced an accredited course load with practicum experience at Wellesley and Lexington High Schools in Massachusetts. Responsible for shadowing professional guidance counselors and contributing to student services, she provided one-and-one mentoring and academic support to a fifth grade student.
