She is also the Executive Director of The Learning Paradigm, a non-profit organization that supports children with special needs by providing inclusive based and integrated sports programs that increase their social-emotional skills as they grow to be self-sufficient individuals. Not only has Tiffany's dedication been witnessed with her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Dallas ISD and in pediatric home health, but also through her involvement in the community as an ESL teacher at Vickery Meadows and mentoring roles with BBBS and the Foundation of Young Women's Education Association. She has served as a mentor in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's S.T.E.P. Program, designed to assist students pursuing careers in communication sciences and disorders. This program also received chapter recognition by the National Urban League as the recipient of the National Day of Service Award. An advocate for education, she is also an alumni of Leadership ISD and has participated in canvassing with Dallas Kids First for several Dallas ISD board of trustee candidates. Tiffany was blessed with an opportunity to use the knowledge she has gained from her education, career, and serving the community, to travel to Lusaka, Zambia with CLASP International to help children and families with disabilities.
