Tiffany Quaas

My career began with Bank of the West where I gained valuable experience in finance and customer service. The learning opportunity helped shape my career interests and led me to CRST, a large transportation company based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I was involved in supply and vendor management, dispatch, maintenance and escalated delivery issues. The logistics industry is fast paced with many steps to navigate which is not unlike the experience insurance organizations face during the recruiting process. I work closely with retail agencies and insurance brokerages across the country to identify experienced sales, client management and technical insurance professionals. I provide important counsel on position development, recruiting strategies, compensation design and more to help agencies effectively and efficiently identify key talent.

I hold an Associate’s Degree in Public Relations and Communication from Kirkwood Community College and am pursuing my Bachelor's in the same field through the University of Northern Iowa. I'm very passionate about fitness and health and I stay active with volleyball, golf (year round, Iowa weather permitting!). I love spending time with my family and cheering on my favorite New York pro sports teams.
