I help large organisations embed social media in all parts: Communications and Press Offices, HR for social talent recruitment, Research, NPD and policy-making.

I am the Former Head of Public Participation for the UK Government, Cabinet Office's strategic lead, launched Data.gov.uk, was the first Comms Director for Direct.gov.uk and worked in COI and Cabinet Office for 8 years.

I now align corporate objectives, people skills and evolving technology to embed practical digital and social media strategy for impactful change and growth.

I founded my consultancy Stimulation Ltd in 2002.
