Tiffany Trenda

Based in Malibu, California, artist Tiffany Trenda has earned distinction for her work in live performance and video. Tiffany Trenda has exhibited at galleries and venues across California, and her work has been featured internationally. Tiffany Trenda has also won several awards, including prizes at the 2008 and 2009 London International Creative Competition. Tiffany Trenda has created several solo exhibitions. In 2005, Tiffany Trenda presented “Electric” at the Farmani Gallery in Beverly Hills, California. Tiffany Trenda’s most recent solo exhibition was “Specular,” which took place at Frank Pictures Gallery in Santa Monica, California, from November 2009 to January 2010. In October 2010, Tiffany Trenda presented a performance piece at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). Featured on the popular LACMA Muse program, Tiffany Trenda’s performance was part of an evening of video projections, live music, and photographic work. Tiffany Trenda’s piece functioned as an homage to American performance artist Chris Burden. Tiffany Trenda has worked as an artist in the Los Angeles area for over a decade. A graduate of the Fine Art program at the Art Center College of Design, Tiffany Trenda recently returned to school to pursue a Master of Fine Arts. Tiffany Trenda will graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles MFA program in 2011.
