I am an experienced Global Product Leader that is passionate about delivering value to the Business & Stakeholders alike.

Despite my early years building fan web pages for various bands; after High School, I pursued education in Graphic Design before ultimately landing in a technology role at a small startup in New Jersey. This re-ignited my passion for technology and I've stuck with it since. I've held various roles from Tester (UAT & QA), Business Analyst, Product Owner/Manager, Developer to my current role as Director.

I believe in a servant leadership style that not only trusts and enables the team to do the right thing, but encourages and empowers them to do so. I know that what motivates one may not motivate another, so I practice making individual connections to better identify and act on those meaningful moments. I'm most energized when working with passionate people who enjoy and care about what they are working on.

I thrive in environments where I am able to work with and lead teams through solving complex problems.
