The way I travel is fairly simple: stay away from big cities and touristic areas, get among the locals and stay a little longer. Contribute to the local community and share knowledge. Get the feel of the place - taste it, capture it in a photo, make some friends and move on. 1001 chillies is about cultural exchange and stories and thoughts about being a traveler.
