I'm a Cloud Support Engineer | Telco Cloud and Core Network Consultant | Core Infrastructure Engineer | Core Network Engineer with deep expertise in NFV transformation, carrier-grade cloud infrastructure, and end-to-end mobile core service assurance across large-scale, multi-vendor telecom environments.

I operate across the intersection of cloud infrastructure and core network engineering, delivering resilient, scalable, and highly available platforms for modern telecom ecosystems.

My technical foundation spans NFVI, VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, containerized platforms, and Linux infrastructure, combined with strong expertise in CS Core, EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G architectures. I work across 3GPP systems, signalling flows, and protocol stacks including SIP, Diameter, SS7/SIGTRAN, IP, MPLS, and BGP.

I have extensive experience in mission-critical telecom operations, including major incident resolution, service restoration, software upgrades, capacity expansion, infrastructure optimization, and end-to-end service assurance, ensuring stability, performance, and resilience in complex carrier environments.

Automation and operational efficiency are central to my approach, leveraging Python, Ansible, Linux/Unix scripting, and OSS/NMS tooling to improve visibility, reduce operational overhead, and enhance platform reliability across cloud and core domains.

I have worked closely with Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, VMware, HPE, and cross-functional teams (Core, RAN, Transmission, Security, IT and Business) in multi-vendor environments, contributing to delivery governance, architecture alignment, and large-scale telecom core and cloud transformation initiatives. I am experienced in driving delivery coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational governance across complex strategic programmes.

Consistently recognized as a Top Performer for most of my career at Vodacom, and awarded multiple Vodacom Group CEO Team Awards as well as Vodacom Lesotho CTO Team and Individual Awards, reflecting sustained delivery excellence, technical ownership, and contributions to Vodafone’s strategic initiatives.
