Tim has an innate ability to motivate and empower others so that they may reach their full potential through a combination of a participative leadership style, inspiration and an encouraging, friendly yet firm personality.

A volunteer with his local minor hockey team, Tim is a multi-time entrepreneur founding and operating multiple marketing services related companies. The latter of which became an acquisition target as a result of the success and growth it experienced.

With over 20 years experience in the field of marketing, design and brand management Tim is now looking to leverage his hard earned 'street cred' and impart his experience, vision and leadership unto others in a more traditional working environment.
