When was the last time you walked into a house and say, "What an amazing foundation this house has!" However, a house with a weak foundation can be quickly worth very little. I build strong foundations in software. Making the right software architecture decisions in the beginning bears many fruits, including rich user experience, increased software maintainability, and lower application failure rate / regression.
