Tim Jefferies

Tim is a writer and teacher based in Birmingham, UK.

His next play, A Passion For Birmingham, will be staged at Easter 2014, directed by Tracey Street

His most recent production, Tell Me About Your Ex, was performed at The Old Joint Stock Theatre, Birmingham from 3 to 7 September 2013 (7.30pm and 2.30pm on the 7th), directed by Lauren McCarron.

Previous work includes: Quiz Night (2007, The Courtyard Theatre), three plays as part of the Birmingham Rep's Transmissions festival: My Last Days (2001, directed by Jonathon Church), Driftwood (2000, directed by Carl Miller) Walkaway (1999, directed by Theresa Hesekins). He has also written 100 Great Movie Moments (co-written with Gareth Sawyer; Chicago Drama Festival) and developed a short film, Edge, for Maverick TV/ Channel 4. Since 2003 he has led a number of creative writing workshops including as part of the Growing Bolder project, University of the Third Age, Mansfield.
