Hello! I am an award-winning journalist, editor and blogger who is comfortable in the worlds of both new and traditional media.

After a successful career as a business and sports reporter for a major newspaper in Washington, D.C., I signed on as an editor for Patch, a network of hyperlocal community websites.

I managed and edited two sites spanning the communities in west Anne Arundel County, consistently exceeding goals for content creation and web traffic.

On the side, I continue to blog about issues relating to personal finance and investing, and am available for freelance work.
