As Chief Operating Officer, I've helped grow Goodwill of Central Arizona into one of the top nonprofit organizations in the United States.

As an executive I spearheaded the Retail and Client Services teams' efforts to achieve and surpass strategic goals. While serving as Vice President of Retail Operations from 1999 to 2007, I played a key role in increasing operations by 3000 percent, where I oversaw operations for 36 Goodwill stores in central Arizona.

In 2010 I graduated from Goodwill Industries International's Executive Leadership Development program, which drives strategic planning, excellence and personal development skills for top executives in the industry.
