I live in Gothenburg on the west coast of Sweden and am originally from Wales. I work in performance and continuous improvement in a clinical operations organization, and use my Lean SIgma Master Black Belt skills to track and improve performance.

I also play the cello and I am a member of the orchestra which appeared in the Swedish TV drama series Molanders.
