I do my best as a Realtor to live up to my fiduciary responsibilities of loyalty, obedience, confidentiality, accounting, reasonable skill and care in performing my duties, advocacy and disclosure. Having said that, I often get the idea from people that those ideals are so old fashioned and quaint as to not even be relevant in today's business world. I wholeheartedly disagree. Those responsibilities are what seperates us from the animals and they should be part of everyone's business plan, even if they aren't Realtors!
