I am a natural communicator, and I’m excellent at building relationships (face-to-face and virtual).

My friendly nature & ‘can do’ approach, alongside my ability to remain calm and to communicate in a clear, structured and logical fashion, has helped to build solid & long lasting client relationships.

I strongly believe the key to great Account / Project Managing is listening to and understanding the client’s needs; being methodical, organised and structured; having strong troubleshooting skills; the ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment; and of course being friendly & approachable at all times.
