Tim Gehan

As a Texas homebuilder with a 25 year history of building high-quality production homes, I works with my Partners and the senior managers throughout the company to guide home building operations and ensure that new homeowners experience the highest standards of quality and service throughout their home building process.

I am a second generation homebuilder, and together with my father and brothers Glenn and Peter, started Gehan Homes in 1991. Prior to founding Gehan Homes, I was a practicing corporate attorney. I have a J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law and I maintain my membership with the State Bar of Texas.
