Tim Anderson is the former managing editor of CameraArts magazine and has been a professional photographer for more than 30 years. He has reviewed photography portfolios for a wide variety of organizations. He is the editor of RedDogNews.com and Red Dog News, a bi-weekly international photo-based e-mail newsletter, read in more than 128 countries and by more than 10,000 readers and subscribers.
Anderson is also the founder and editor of Cygnet Press, a small press that publishes poetry, photography, erotica, illustration, and essays by little known, unrecognized authors who choose to publish their work independently of the “big-box” publishers. Recently, he has had the privilege of having his his own work, “Poser: a sketchbook of ideas for artists and models” and the poetry book, “Frame of Mind,” being published.
Recently, Tim began publishing Shadow & Light Magazine, a PDF-based photography magazine, with portfolios, articles, book reviews and more. Now in its second year it is enjoying great success.
