A no frills low maintenance kind of guy who loves the outdoors; walking, cycling, swimming and Geocaching. I am married to Suzanne with 2 great kids - who drive me nuts sometimes but I love them at heart.

Recently retired from the Army after 23 years service and now work in the Hydraulic industry. Love to dabble in IT and gadgets and completed the Great North Run this year.

My ambition for 2013 is to beat my GNR time by at least 15 mins, finish some more Scout training modules and find at least 500 geocaches.

I also help run my local Scout Group - 1st St Helen Auckland.
