St. Louis, Missouri-based development executive Tim Breece leverages nearly three decades of experience to guide the actions of Propper Construction Services (PCS) as the company’s president. Tim Breece has served in this capacity since launching the company in 2014, helping the firm to develop hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial and residential real estate. It developed more than $140 million in commercial properties in 2018 alone.
Under the leadership of Tim Breece, PCS offers turnkey development services such as build-to-suit delivery, financing assistance, feasibility studies, and design-build services. Its signature projects include apartment complexes like 1400 Russell Luxury Apartments and the Villages of Twin Oaks Mixed Use Project. The company has also developed bulk warehouse distribution facilities, office buildings, retail stores, churches, and utility-scale solar projects.
Mr. Breece previously served as an operations executive at the privately held design-build general contracting company Brinkmann Constructors. Supplementing his extensive construction experience, he holds membership with the Associated General Contractors of America.
