My passion in life, and work, is transformation through the creative use of technology. I'm known for pushing the boundaries of technologies and discovering innovative ways to deliver results.

My career has always had a Microsoft focus, but I love Apple, Google and many of the smaller technology players. I am technology agnostic, and a big fan of what I like to describe as "stuff that works".

I am a passionate, and sometimes outspoken (although always courteous) technologist, who strives to make a difference. I am a thought leader and evangelist, that is always trying to get involved with what I believe in - backed up with over 19 years commercial experience, making me a seasoned professional. I work transparently, and like the same in return. I like challenges and stretching myself.

I'm currently based at Avanade UK, rocking work place technology, where I lead our Enterprise Messaging and Office 365 capability and go-to-market propositions. Recent big achievements includes migrating 101,000 mailboxes in 19 days from 64 countries around the world. I'm currently working on a large 1 million plus seat solution, where I'm looking to smash my previous records.

Outside of work, I'm just as passionate about technology, where I apply it to the world of film making. My roles are usually director of photography, editor, colourist and FX.
