I am a marketing communications and brand professional with over 15 years of experience in telcoms and technology.
Past experience includes both agency and in-house roles and I am currently Vice President of Marketing for WDS, A Xerox Company.
Over the years I've developed a particular interest in customer experience management and how it relates to telecoms and technology brands. I'm a regular conference speaker on the subject and author of several industry papers.
