John F. Kennedy once said, "Physical fitness is the foundation for all other forms of excellence". Although, truer words were never spoken, achieving peak physical fitness is easier said than done. It requires a lifestyle that promotes good health as well as sound, quality advice from a respected source.
I've been on the health and fitness scene for as long as I can remember. In high school I played football and wrestled before joining the Navy in 2000. Physical fitness is a huge key to success in the military. In 2007 I became certified as a Command Fitness Leader and began to lead group training sessions and continue to do so through today. As my experience of training grew, so did my knowledge of the human body and its response to physical training. In November of 2012 I became certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise. I continue to serve as a group fitness leader while making time for individual consultations as well. My workouts, techniques and advice have helped countless individuals lose resolution weight, pass semi-annual fitness tests and look better for beach season. I'm fully committed to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and am full of new ideas to help keep anyone motivated.
