TimeZone Traveller

I am an airline pilot and this blog is my outlet. The flight deck of an airliner is not like many other work places. It is dynamic and fast paced. There are no bosses overseeing your work and you have limited resources should problems arise. It doesn't feel like a place of work as much as the imminent domain of sky cowboys. I've often compared my time flying across the country to what I imagine a short stint in jail might be like. You are in a small enclosure, you have no contact with the outside world, you are confined for duration of time, and often times you are sharing the space with someone who you may not otherwise care have an association with who feels free to espouse whatever pops into their head... Like I said, jail.

The stories I share are true. However, they are edited and condensed to make them quick reads.
